USDA Food Guidelines

Here are the guidelines I follow when preparing each meal for your children:

Infant Meals are as follows:
Birth - 3 Months:                 
Breakfast:     Formula or Breast Milk                       
Lunch:           Formula or Breast Milk              
Snack:           Formula  or Breast Milk              
4 - 7 Months:
Breakfast:     Formula or Breast Milk
                         Infant Cereal (Optional)
Lunch:           Formula or Breast Milk
                        Infant Cereal (Optional)
                        Fruit and/or Vegatable (Optional)
Snack:           Formula or Breast Milk
8 - 11 Months:
Breakfast:    Formula or Breast Milk
                        Infant Cereal
                        Fruit and/or Vegatable
Lunch:           Formula or Breast Milk
                        Infant Cereal
                        Meat or Cheese
                        Fruit and/or Vegatable
Snack:           Formula or Breast Milk
                        Bread or Crackers

Children 1 and Up are as follows:
Breakfast:         Milk
Snack:             Milk
(Select             Juice/Fruit/Vegatable
2 out of            Meat
4)                     Bread
Lunch:            Milk
2 servings       Vegatables and/or Fruits

Recipe box

I can only substitute foods if there is a medical or dietary need to do so.  In order for me to substitute an item I must have a statement written and signed by a licensed physician .  The statement should specify the foods that the child cannot eat and offer substitutes for that item.

As a USDA participating Provider I am required to disclose the following:
