I would like to welcome you to Tracy’s Tiny Tots.  My name is Tracy Martinez and I have been a Licensed Home Childcare Provider since March of 2003.  However, I have been providing care for children since June of 2002.  I have an older step-daughter and two school age children of my own.  I am CPR, First Aid and MAT Certified.  I am also on the Board as Secretary for the Fredericksburg Area Family DayCare Association and a member of the Virginia Alliance for Family Childcare.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business and prior to becoming a Home Childcare Provider I worked outside of my home as a Business Manager for a construction company.  I still offer my services to this company on a Consulting Basis on the weekends and have been with them for over 10 years.    

I understand the challenges you as a parent have working full time and raising children.  I decided to quit my full time job outside of my home in order to be here for my two children every day.  Being at home has also afforded me to take part in some of my hobbies which include scrapbooking, reading and crocheting.  It has been a very rewarding experience being home for my girls and I look forward to being a part of your children's lives as well.  

My goal is to provide your child(ren) with a clean, safe and comfortable environment where they can play and learn with guidance and loving care while you work.

The State of Virginia requires as a Licensed Provider that I receive at a minimum 16 hours of training every year in something that is childcare related.
